Syllabus
At the time of admission, selected candidates will submit the originals of the following along with a self-attested photocopy:
Personal Identification Documents
1. Admit Card and Registration Form
- Bring the downloaded Admit Card and Registration Form.
- Provide two recent passport size photographs.
2. Proof of Age
- Submit a certificate based on High School/Secondary School or an equivalent examination.
3. Proof of Permanent Address
- Provide documents such as Voter ID card, Passport, Driving License, or Aadhaar Card.
- Ensure the address matches the one declared in the application form, including the name of the police station and district.

Academic Documents
1. Qualifying Examination Proof
- Submit proof of passing the qualifying examination with the original marksheet.
- Must meet the eligibility requirements as mentioned in the prospectus.
2. Character Certificate
- Obtain from the institution last attended.
3. Gap Period Certificate (if applicable)
- Provide a certificate/affidavit from a Class 1 Gazetted Officer or Notary Public.
- Should cover the entire intervening/gap period with year-wise details of activities.
- Must state non-involvement in any criminal activities after leaving the last institution.
4. Submission of Qualifying Examination Results
- If unable to submit the result by the specified date, admission will be cancelled and fees forfeited.

Category Certificates (if applicable)
1. Muslim OBC and Muslim ST Candidates
- Submit the respective Category Certificate issued recently by a competent authority.
2. Persons with Disabilities (PWD)
- Provide a disability certificate from a government-certified authority.
3. Kashmiri Migrants
- Submit a certificate from the registered Divisional Commissioner of the concerned state.
4. Candidates from Jammu & Kashmir
- Provide a state domicile certificate.

Medical Certificates
1. Blood Group Certificate
- Obtain a certification from an MBBS doctor or a Government hospital.

Affidavits
1. Anti-Ragging Affidavit
- Submit an affidavit as per the prescribed proforma declaring non-indulgence in ragging activities.

Admission Procedures and Rules
1. Admission Fee Slip
- Submit the counterfoil of the admission fee slip to the office of the Dean/Department/Centre after fee payment.
2. Course/Branch Allocation and Upgradation
- Allocation will be based on preferences filled in the application form, strictly as per merit and JMI admission rules.
- For upgradation:
- Take admission and fill a form at the time of admission indicating the desire to upgrade.
- Upgradation will follow merit and admission rules; downgrading is not allowed.
- Preferences cannot be changed after the form edit date is over.
3. Admission Deadlines
- Provisionally selected candidates must take admission within the stipulated period.
- Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of admission rights, with no exceptions.
Note:Â Ensure all documents are original and accompanied by a self-attested photocopy. Compliance with the above requirements is mandatory for successful admission.
