Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) is a special university that welcomes people from different places and backgrounds. It was started with a big and practical vision. The university has schools for boys and girls, including one for those who cannot see well. There are also schools that teach different languages like Indian, Oriental, and Western languages. The main language used for teaching at the university is English.

1. Syedna Tahir Saifuddin School (STS School)

The school you’re referring to, Syedna Tahir Saifuddin School (STS School), which was previously known as Minto Circle, is an educational institution. Location: Minto Circle Near, Anoop Shahar Road, Purani Chungi, AMU Campus, Aligarh.

2. AMU City School

AMU City School has been renamed as Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh Aligarh Muslim University City School. Location GT Road, Masoodabad, Aligarh.

3. AMU Girls School

Location: Marris Road, Mabood Nagar, Civil Lines, Aligarh

Location: Near University Polytechnic, AMU Campus, Aligarh.

5. Senior Secondary School (Girls)

AMU may release the online application form for the School Entrance Exam in January 2024.

Class 1st :
Processing Charge/ Test Fee (without Late fee) — Rs. 600.00

Class 6th :

Processing Charge/ Test Fee (inclusive of Late Fee) — Rs. 950.00

Class 9th :

AMU may release the online application form for the CUET (UG) exam in February 2024.

Fee charged for various classes up to Class X in the Schools is as follows:

Note:
♦    The fee shall be charged in four equal installments.
♦    The Fee as specified above may be revised by the University from time to time and notified accordingly.
♦    Hostel and Food Charges are extra, wherever applicable.
♦    An admission fee of Rs.100.00 is chargeable at the time of admission.
♦    An additional amount of Rs.200.00 per annum is chargeable towards Students Benevolent Fund.

The candidates must be of the age between 5 to 7 years as on 31 March, i.e. the date of Birth of the applicant must lie between 01 April to 31 March, (both days inclusive)
