Selection Basis
Candidates have been provisionally selected based on their aggregate marks in the entrance test. Final admission is subject to eligibility verification as per Jamia’s rules.
Admission Dates & Venue

Documents Required at the Time of Admission
Candidates must bring original documents along with self-attested photocopies:
- Admit Card and Registration Form (Downloaded)
- Two recent passport size photographs
- Marksheets and Certificate of the qualifying examination
- Proof of Date of Birth (High School/Secondary School certificate)
- Permanent Address Proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) mentioning Police Station and District
- Muslim OBC / Muslim ST Certificate (recent, issued by competent authority)
- Disability Certificate (for PWD category candidates, issued by government authority)
- Kashmiri Migrants Certificate (from Divisional Commissioner of the concerned State)
- Jammu & Kashmir Domicile Certificate (for JK category candidates)
- Character Certificate from the last school/institute attended
- Blood Group Certificate (from MBBS doctor or government hospital)
- Preference & Upgradation:
- If multiple branches/courses are available, allocation will be as per merit and filled preferences.
- Candidate must fill a form at the time of admission if they wish to be considered for upgradation.
- No down-gradation or change of preference allowed after form edit window closes.
- Gap Certificate/Affidavit
- If there is a gap period between studies, a certificate/affidavit from a Class 1 Gazetted Officer or Notary Public showing year-wise activity and non-indulgence in criminal activities is required.
- Anti-Ragging Undertaking
- Must be submitted online at: https://www.antiragging.in
- Fee Payment Receipt
- Submit the counterfoil/slip of admission fee to the concerned Dean/Department/Centre office after online fee submission.

Provisionally selected candidates who fail to complete admission formalities within the specified period (09–11 July 2025) shall forfeit their claim to admission.
